Shabbat Across America and Canada

On Friday, May 4, Congregation Beth David is participating in the National Jewish Outreach Program‘s Shabbat Across America/Canada where every Jew in America is invited to celebrate Shabbat with a special dinner & services! Invite your friends and coworkers to join us for an event for the entire Jewish community from youngest to oldest! The evening will feature a special family service at 6:30pm, followed by a friendly and delicious community dinner at 7:30pm. Now in it’s 11th year Shabbat Across America is a great time to come learn about Shabbat and your Judaism. Tens of thousands of Jews at hundreds of locations across North America will celebrate Shabbat together, don’t miss out, everyone’s doing it!

Congregation Beth David’s evening will be extra special as it continues their “Shabbat Around the World Series” featuring the cuisine and personal story of the Jews of Iraq, featuring congregant, Ari Mukamal
