Sour Cream Coffee Cake

 Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Prep time 15 min
Serves 12

  • 1 C  Margarine or Butter
  • 2 C  Sugar
  • 2  Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp  Vanilla
  • 1 C  Sour Cream
  • 2 C  Flour
  • 1/4 tsp  Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp  Brown Sugar  and 2 Tbsp Cinnamon  Mixed together
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cream margarine and sugar
  3. Add eggs and mix
  4. Fold in Vanilla and Sour Cream
  5. Add Flour, Salt, and Baking Powder :  Mix well
  6. Put half the batter in a greased and flowered bunt pan
  7. Sprinkle with half the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture
  8. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar and cinnamon mixture
  9. Bake for 50 minutes
