Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Serves 12
- 1 C Margarine or Butter
- 2 C Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 2 C Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar and 2 Tbsp Cinnamon Mixed together
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cream margarine and sugar
- Add eggs and mix
- Fold in Vanilla and Sour Cream
- Add Flour, Salt, and Baking Powder : Mix well
- Put half the batter in a greased and flowered bunt pan
- Sprinkle with half the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture
- Add remaining batter and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar and cinnamon mixture
- Bake for 50 minutes
