Jews’ Next Dor has lots going on for Hanukkah5770 (2009) from San Jose to Palo Alto. It starts in a big way with the community Young Adult Light It Up Hanukkah Party. Oh Hanukkah is Happening in a Big Way Around the Bay in 5769

While Jews’ Next Dor decided to just do the Light It Up pre-Hanukkah Party this year, you won’t be short of ways to celebrate Hanukkah this year. There’s something for all types of people. Here’s a crude run down of Haukkah around the Bay this year, did I miss something? Share it with us in the comments. Come on, celebrate like the oil won’t run out.

The first candle is Sunday night, December 21.

Light It Up! brought Jewish young adults from around the Bay to the Koret Pavillion last night for a (not-yet) Hanukkah Party. We filled a few barrels with food for Feeding America (formerly Second Harvest Food Bank), DJ-Doff rocked the house, as we tore up the dance floor. Thanks to all of our bartenders who kept the drinks flowing. Thanks as well to all the organizations and volunteers who pitched in to help organize, setup and cleanup the event.
