QUAKE RELIEF for Sichuan Children
A special benefit concert, Saturday June 7, 2008 — 7:30pm — Flint Center, Cupertino, CA

A 7.9-magnitude earthquake hit the Sichuan Province in China on May 12, 2008.  As of May 27, 65,000 people have died, 300,000 have been injured, 30,000 are still missing and 5 million people are left homeless. Some of the finest performing artists in the Bay Area have come together to help with the relief effort in an unprecedented collaborationQUAKE RELIEF for Sichuan Children — featuring Gwendolyn Mok, world-renowned piano soloist; California Philharmonic Youth Symphony (CPYO); Firebird Youth Chinese Symphony (FYCO); and San Jose Taiko.

Admission is FREE.  Premium seating with minimum $100 advanced donation. (All production and administrative expenses are underwritten by Acorn Campus Ventures.)  We ask that you bring your checkbook or credit card to make a donation during the two-hour performance. We are accepting donations for any of the following charities. Please make check payable to:
