Apple Honey Crumble

Apple Honey Crumble

from ashtray recipes

4 MacIntosh apples; peeled, cored and sliced, (up to 5)
¼ cup Honey or a little less
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
¼ cup Orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Cloves
¾ cup Canola oil
¾ cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 large Egg

Preheat oven to 350€. Toss apples, honey, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate and spices. Place the mixture in a 9×13 pan and set aside. In a separate bowl mix the oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg to form a thick batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto apple mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350€ or until top is nicely browned. Makes 8 servings.
