Bernie’s bar mitzvah coincides with the 1966 World Cup Final. Will his big day be a disaster as all of Britain is focused on the final? The tension plays out against the eccentric Rubens family, portrayed by a star cast with Helena Bonham Carter (Harry Potter, etc.) as Bernie’s mother.
