Looking for a fun and meaningful way to share Shabbat with other young adults from the South Bay and Peninsula? Join us for “Shabbat Hop.”

Shabbat Hop is a collaborative effort of local synagogues and Jewish communal organizations, where a monthly young adult Shabbat experience “hops” from one synagogue to another.

Congregation Etz Chaim are excited to host the third “Shabbat Hop” on March 2nd. Services will take place at 7:30pm, featuring lively singing led by young adults and Rabbi Ari Cartun. Following services young adults are invited to a free Keg Oneg and late light kosher dairy dinner in the Library. Details of the kashrut policy can be found at
http://etzchayim.org/content/food-guidelines.

Congregation Etz Chayim melds Reform and Conservative traditions with elements from across the spectrum of Judaism. They focus on spirituality, lifelong learning, and service, and offer a warm, inclusive egalitarian community. Their services are conducted in Hebrew and English, with prayerbooks that include both transliterations and English translations. They love music and like to sing as they pray together.
