Honey Summer Salad

Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup)
1/4 small redÂonion, thinly sliced
3 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into bite size pieces
2-4 heirloom tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1 apple, cut into bite size pieces
2-3 teaspoonÂ honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2-1 lime, juiced
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
